Issue:

Storm water from an adjoining property was saturating the foundation wall and fireplace footing. Water was entering the basement.

Remedy:

1. Redirect the existing downspouts with solid PVC pipe, below grade, to a grated clean-out.

2. Design and construct a drainage system along the foundation wall.

3. -Install a free-draining border and place decorative rock over the drain gravel.
