SUMP PUMP AND DOWNSPOUTS

 

   Issue:

Water was entering a mechanical room in the basement.

Remedy:

The existing foundation grade was raised with compacted soil and contoured for positive drainage.

 

The downspouts and sump-pump discharge were routed away from the foundation.
